Ecuadorian Palo Santo Essential Oil, 5 mL

Palo Santo (Bursera Graveolens) is a wild tree native to coastal South America. Belonging to the same family as copal, myrrh, and frankincense, Palo Santo translates to “Holy Wood”, and was renowned among Incan cultures. It is now traditionally used by present-day shamans and healers for its purification attributes.

This essential oil extracted using a steam distillation process from sustainably sourced Ecuadorian Palo Santo. No solvents are used and water and organic matter produced during the process is recycled or turned into fertilizer.

Palo Santo is thought to possess therapeutic properties, including the potential ability to help uplift mood, strengthen vitality, and aid in protection. It is said that the oil may be beneficial for meditation, concentration, and enhancing creativity. It may also be used in massage work to help promote a sense of calm.
