I Love You California Pride Print

A joyful rainbow graces this Pride print, which is based on an original painting by Annie Galvin, and beautifully captures the spirit of California. The bear, a symbol of California’s wilderness, embodies resilience, untamed beauty, and acceptance. 

This print, and all the prints in the “I Love You California” collection, are inspired by a sheet music cover illustration from 1913 for the song, “I Love You, California.” In 1987, it became the official state song of California. Annie and Eric discovered the vintage illustration around 2010, and Annie started painting versions of it, surrounding the bear with floral patterns, forests, mountain scenes, and geometric designs.
