This manual Paris pepper mill has Peugeot’s ingenious grinding adjustment system called u’Select, with six grind presets clearly marked on the base: 1 for the finest grind and 6 for medium to coarse grind. Simply turn the base of the grinder to select the desired grind size for the exact flavor experience you want to create.

This wood mill has a classic silhouette with the Peugeot lion’s head on the elegant golden knob, with a lifetime warranty on the case-hardened steel mechanism.  Since 1850, the lion has epitomized the superior quality and unique heritage of all Peugeot products.

Mill comes partially filled with Peugeot Tan Hoi black peppercorns from Vietnam. Can be used with peppercorns up to ¼ in – 6mm (black, white, green, red) or with dried coriander seeds.

It can also be used with pepper blends as long as the size of the peppercorn is less than ¼ in – 6mm. Use on blends with red berries as long as the berries don’t exceed 25% of the mix to avoid the risk of clogging the mechanism.
