Slow Studio Ceramic Mug, White Speckled/Sandstone

Unglazed clay banded with a matte-finish glaze provides a pleasing study in contrasts of texture and color.  These sturdy mugs are both contemporary and rustic, the perfect size to wrap your hands around for a cozy cup of tea or hot chocolate on a crisp morning. Thrown on a wheel by Vermont-based potter Natania Hume, each individual mug has its own character and will have subtle variations in form, color and size, reflecting the handmade nature of the line.
